HERE'S OUR PITCH:

Musicians are good at music. Designers are good at deisgning. Photographers are good at photography, Programers are good at programing.

You should do what you are good at.

I think you get the point.

Successful musicians do not just sell music.  They sell a look, a scene, and a lifestyle.

Fat Caddy Merchandise & Design is a music merchandise and lifestyle marketing agency based in Austin, TX and is the subsidiary of Fat Caddy Records, LLC. We specialize in advertising photography, graphic design, web programming, print and outdoor marketing, and complete merchandise services from product conception to POP delivery. We also offer merchandise warehousing, tour support and portable credit card terminal solutions.

We believe that the visual image of a band is of highest importance, second only to the music itself.

Now that we have the technical jargon out of the way, let’s talk in English:
“I’m not really a successful musician, just a really good t-shirt salesman”
– Rev. Horton Heat

Honestly, all we want to do is make rock shirts, print posters, and design cool websites. Most of the people who work with Fat Caddy Merchandise & Design slave away during the day at some of the biggest ad agencies in the US as art directors, designers, and advertising photographers – all under considerable pressure and constraint from their demanding corporate clients.  Band shirts and posters are an excellent outlet for all of the creative ideas we have bottled up inside.  You could benefit from years of creative frustration …

Do you need our help?

Are you already good at managing your own image and merchandising? Congratulations, you do not need our services. (You probably only sleep two hours a night but I’m sure it’s all worth it.)

Do you excel at music but suck at the business of selling yourself?  Do you struggle with having enough of the right merch at shows?  Does the thought of accounting, sales tax, and credit card machines make you have a panic attack? Are you having problems getting your friends and family to wear your band's lame shirt – even when give it them for free? Does your merch display consist of the cardboard box that t-shirts came in?

We might be able to help.
